SHIPPING POLICY

Clan Earth offers delivery to all pin-codes pan India that are serviced by our shipping aggregators- Shiprocket, GetGo & India Post. We use courier services from FedEx, Delhivery, Xpressbess. For all deliveries across India above Rs. 1500, there are no shipping costs for you. There’s a small shipping charges of Rs. 70 or Rs. 99 for items depending on size for all orders below Rs. 1500.

Delivery can take anywhere between 1-4 business days from the dispatch date depending on the destination.

Clan Earth shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of purchased products caused by flood, fire, war, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake at the customer’s end (e.g. wrong name, address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be the responsibility of the customer. The customer must agree to provide authentic and true information to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Clan Earth reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Clan Earth has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services
